The rules for this experiment were as follows-
- Read and follow The Alcohol Experiment book by Annie Grace
- Get curious, do not make hard and fast rules. No black or white thinking. Stay open!
- No self-judgment, simply be a witness of what is happening in your life.
I encourage you to listen and then try out the experiment in your life. Notice what might shift for you, or open up for you!
